Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of acanthite from this classic German locale!!! This specimen consists of a complex mass of complexly crystalline acanthite in association with several scattered calcite crystals!!! There are numerous complex crystal faces to be seen around the edge of the specimen and upon close inspection one can see that the acanthite has complex, oriented crystalline features across its broad face!!! This specimen has an old label from the collection of Florence Mecke as well!!! Classic old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
