Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of acanthite from Germany!!! This specimen consists of a large, complex cubo-octahedral crystal of acanthite with a few smaller conjoined crystals!!! The crystal is in fantastic condition all around - the irregular surfaces are actually complexly etched, crystalline surfaces upon close study!!! The specimen has characteristic battleship gray color and marked metallic luster as well!!! Classic, old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
