Description/Interesting Notes: A rare example of adamite from Tsumeb!!! While the green, copper-rich variety cuprian adamite is seen with relative frequency from Tsumeb, true adamites are scarcely encountered!!! This specimen hosts numerous highly lustrous, slightly rounded bladed crystals of yellow adamite!!! The adamite crystals have sharp, lustrous terminations that exhibit a curious darkening right at the tip!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
