Apatite on Adularia with Chlorite St Gotthard pass area, Central St Gotthard Massif, Leventina, Ticino (Tessin), Switzerland 8.36cm x 6.15cm x 4.63cm

Description/Interesting Notes: An old time Alpine combination of adularia and apatite!!! This specimen consists of a complex cluster of adularia crystals with a sparkly green coating of chlorite that host a large pair of apatite crystals!!! The apatite crystals are prominently perched and stand in stark contrast to the green chlorite - making for quite a striking display!!!
