Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous example of almandine-spessartine garnet from Madagascar!!! This specimen consists of a quartz matrix that hosts a razor-sharp and pristine crystal of almandine-spessartine!!! The crystal is highly lustrous with sharp faces, textbook form, aesthetic striations, and a deep red color!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
