Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of anatase with brookite from Switzerland!!! This specimen consists of a matrix covered with tiny aduaria and quartz crystals that hosts a pair of anatase crystals in association with brookite!!! The main anatase crystal has a characteristic dipyramidal habit with sharp faces and pronounced iridescent luster!!! The brookite is present as complex, darkly colored, flat crystals with glassy luster!!! This specimen retains an old 19th century label from Dr. K. J. Bayer label as well!!!
