Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of anatase on quartz from Norway!!! This specimen consists of a sharp, single gem crystal of quartz that hosts several crystals of anatase perched on its surface!!! The anatase crystals are sharp, lustrous, and show marked clarity with dark blue color!!! When viewed through the quartz crystal or when backlit, the anatase shows impressive deep blue color!!! Upon close inspection one can see some minute crystals of anatase included within the crystal as well!!! Save for a minor ding, the quartz crystal is in terrific condition and displays quite handsomely!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
