Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of andradite garnet from Franklin!!! This specimen hosts a sharp, complete crystal of andradite to over 8mm perched on a matrix of massive andradite!!! There are numerous other crystal faces present on the specimen as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! This specimen came from the Albert Peppis collection who collected extensively throughout the Northeast from the early 1940's through the 1970's!!!
