Description/Interesting Notes:
A magnificent combination of species from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of large, complex crystals are anglesite and numerous crystals of
azurite in association with lively green arsentsumebite, yellow-green duftite, and an unusual unidentified species!!! The anglesite crystals are actually
much more complete than they appear - much of what might appear to be damage in the pics is actually some highly complex etching and dissolution of the anglesite crystals!!! The
anglesite crystals are highly lustrous and have sharp faces!!! The azurite crystals are highly lustrous and undamaged!!! The arsentsumebite and duftite are both
partially included in the anglesite in areas, as well as distributed across some of their faces!!! There are also some very curious, unidentified crystals in association that appear black in color and
are present as elongated octahedral crystals (somewhat like elongated anatase crystals in habit)!!! The unknown crystals range in size up to 2mm (pics are located at the very bottom)!!! If I have any additional info on the identity of the
unknown crystals I will post an update (found at the bottom of page if posted)!!! This specimen is fantastic in person - this is a great Tsumeb combo, however it was
nearly impossible to capture in the pics - make no mistake however - it is quite striking in person!!!
