A unique example of anglesite after pyromorphite from this seldom referenced Idaho locality!!! This specimen consits of a complex cluster of pyromorphite crystals that have been completely replaced by anglesite!!! This specimen is complete and undamaged!!! The specimens from this locality exhibit a rather characteristic habit!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or scope one can actually see intergrown microcrysals of anglesite throughout the specimen!!! This is not simply a lightly colored pyromorphite but a true and complete pseudomorph!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
