Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of apatite from this rare New York City locale!!! This specimen consists of numerous pale greenish-blue crystals intergrown with smoky massive quartz!!! There are several areas of crystalline apatite present, with some well defined crystal faces!!! Specimens of any kind from New York City are quite scarce and highly sought after!!! This specimen retains an old label from the Paterson Museum with Gilman S. Stanton Collection notation!!!
