A fantastic, old time combination specimen from Germany!!! This specimen consists of a combination of purple fluorite and quartz with gilbertite and nacrite that serve as a matrix
for apatite and wolframite crystals!!! The apatite crystals have a pale lavender color with sharp, lustrous faces and gemmy clarity!!! The wolframite crystals are lustrous and the main
crystal has a prominent termination!!! The fluorite has rich purple color and there are what appear to be some complexly crystalline surfaces in some areas!!! This combination specimen is much showier
in person than the pics show!!! There is much more to see upon close examination in person as well!!! This is OLD material and retains an old
label from Albert Petereit (1860-1917) that dates to the early 1900's!!! This specimen is from the A.J. Beres collection and retains its original
affixed catalogue number as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
