Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of apatite from Portugal!!! This specimen consists of a network of muscovite crystals that serve as a matrix for several gemmy crystals of pale lavender apatite and complex, rounded balls of dark green clinochlore!!! The apatite crystals are sharp, lustrous, and gemmy!!! The clinochlore crystals are quite fascinating in person, and upon close inspection on will find tiny sphericules of light green clinochlore nearly covering some of the muscovite crystals!!!
