A rare example of apatite from Butte!!! This specimen consists of a striking cluster of sharp, juxtaposed quartz points in association
with pyrite that host a network of small, complex, light blue apatite crystals to 2.6mm!!! Several of the quartz crystals are doubly terminated - it is quite a
stunning specimen indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! This specimen is from the collection of noted Butte collector and scholar Bob Jenkins and retains his
original label!!!
