Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely magnificent example of GEM aquamarine from Pennsylvania!!! This specimen hosts a pair of sharp, gemmy aquamarine crystals on matrix in association with quartz, muscovite, garnet, and orthoclase!!! The aquamarine crystals have bright glassy luster, rich blue green color and outstanding gemmy clarity!!! The crystals are undamaged and complete - while the main crystal might at first appear to be broken, it is actually complexly contacted!!! The main crystal actually hosts a significant portion of facetable material as well!!! This specimen is an exceptional old time example of the species for this classic locality!!! The pics don't even come close to doing this rare treasure justice!!! This specimen is quite lively and showy in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! This specimen retains a lable from the A.E.
