Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of aragonite from this famed New Jersey locality!!! This specimen hosts a significant showing of spikey aragonite crystals on a matrix of somewhat massive datolite crystals!!! The aragonite is present on both sides of the specimen and is much better than the pictures show!!! This specimen retains an old, late 1800's era Ward's label as well as two old labels from the Michigan College of Mines (A.E. Seaman Mienral Museum) and has matching catalogue numbers!!!
