Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of axinite from France!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of intergrown blades of axinite!!! The crystals are sharp and complete, with sharply defined faces and marked luster!!! The crystals have a coating of microcrystalline chlorite which gives the crystals a slightly velvety appearance in areas as well!!! The specimen is complete and in fantastic condition!!!
