Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of azurite and malachite from this historic French locale!!! This specimen consists of an aesthetic combination of blocky, bright blue azurite crystals and rich velvety green malachite!!! The azurite is present as a showy cluster of intergrown, blocky crystals of azurite!!! The crystals have marked luster and particularly bright, showy royal blue color!!! The malachite crystals are present as sprays of velvety malachite that show marked chatoyance and lively deep green color!!! This specimen is in magnificent condition and displays gorgeously all around!!! Way better than the pics show!!! This specimen is from the collection of noted New England collector Ken Hollmann, and retains a very old, unattributed handwritten label as well!!! Classic material!!!
