Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely superb example of azurite from this classic locality!!! This specimen hosts a pair of sharp, glassy, royal blue crystals of azurite atop a network of reticulated cerussite crystals!!! The azurite crystals have glassy luster, sharp, complex faces and rich royal blue color!!! The crystals are complete and undamaged!!! The cerussite is present as a whitish translucent network of reticulated crystals that serve as a natural base for these striking azurite crystals!!! This is a KILLER Tiger azurite indeed!!! This specimen came from a small suite of choice, competition-worthy specimens and is simply stunning in person!!! Fine azurite specimens like this one from Tiger are quite scarce indeed!!!
