Description/Interesting Notes:
A gorgeous example of azurite and malachite from Morocco!!! This specimen consists of a large, compound crystal of
rich blue azurite that exhibits partial alteration to deep green malachite!!! This large azurite crystal is
prominently perched on a small amount of matrix and displays fantastically all around!!! The crystal has highly complex
surfaces with bright, glassy luster throughout!!! The highly complex faces actually serve to amplify the azurites blue color and
create a unique aesthetic in person!!! There is an area where the azurite has partially pseudomorphed to
handsome green malachite which further adds to its appeal and colorful nature!!! The pictures really do not capture just how fine
and attractive this specimen is in person!!! The crystal is quite sharply defined, highly lustrous, and in fantastic condition all around!!! The
pictures simply do not do this aesthetic beauty justice - this specimen is way better than the pics show!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
