Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of bayldonite from England!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of quartz crystals that host a colorful showing of bright green bayldonite in association with mimetite!!! Upon close inspection, there are crystals of mimetite that have been completely encased in bayldonite!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or scope, there are some tiny mimetite crystals that appear to be completely pseudomorphed to bayldonite as well!!! This specimen came from an old collection and retains an old, handwritten label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
