Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic example of beryllonite from Pakistan!!! This specimen consists of a complex cluster of beryllonite crystals!!! Rarely does one
see anything other than single crystals of beryllonite - while they might be highly complex, they are
not actual "clusters" of seperate crystals!!! This specimen consists of a short, stocky beryllonite crystal paired with a second, unusually elongated beryllonite crystal!!!
The elongated crystal also appears to have some slightly divergent crystals in close association as well!!! The crystal ranges from being translucent to being brilliantly glassy and near gemmy in areas!!! There are crystals of
cookeite partially covering the elongated crystals and,
upon close inspection, one can find tiny crystals of what appear to be herderite and gemmy yellow micro crystals of an unidentified species!!! This specimen is
really quite unique!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
