Description/Interesting Notes: A superb example of betafite from this classic locality!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of very well formed betafite crystals in association with a small amount of biotite and amphibole matrix!!! Nearly all of the significant crystals are complete, with sharp faces and marked luster!!! Rarely do you see specimens of such quality and significance from this classic locality!!! This is a KILLER example of the species indeed!!! This specimen displays fantastically all around and is way better than the pictures show!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!!
