Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of bixbyite from Utah!!! This specimen consists of a razor sharp cubic crystal of bixbyite on matrix!!! This specimen came from legendary collector/dealer Arthur Montgomery!!! The bixbyite is present as a sharp black cube with a second smaller one in close association!!! Upon close inspection one can see some tiny topaz crystals intergrown with bixbyite micro crystals as well!!! This specimen retains an old label from Art Montgomery and a personal collection label from Howard Belsky as well!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
