Brochantite with Arsentsumebite Tsumeb, Namibia 3.35cm x 2.4cm x 1.55cm Ex. Bill Pinch

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of brochantite with arsentsumebite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen hosts a group of sharply formed, deep emerald green brochantite crystals on matrix associated with bright green arsentsumebite!!! The brochantite crystals are sharp, lustrous, and complete!!! The brochantite crystals are doubly terminated and there is a pair of crystals arranged in a perfect cross perched prominently on the matrix!!! The crystals are standing straight up on the matrix and are simply fantastic examples of the species from Tsumeb!!! The reverse hosts a rich coverage of bright green arsentsumebite microcrystals!!! This specimen retains an old label from Bill Pinch that originally identified the species as brochantite and tsumebite (however it has since been discovered that nearly every "tsumebite" is actually arsentsumebite)!!!
