Description/Interesting Notes: An incredible example of bromian chlorargyrite and rare huantajayite halite from this classic California locale!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of complex, scale-like crystals of grayish-brown bromian chlorargyrite in association with the rare, silver-rich halite known as huantajayite!!! The huantajayite is present both as semi-crystalline crusts as well as a few cubic crystals!!! Upon close inspection one can see that the complex bromian chlorargyrite crystals have some sharply defined crystal faces on the edges!!! Also, one can see that the huantajayite crystals have some characteristic concave etching as well!!! There are also some minute bromian chlorargyrite crystals perched on top of the huantajayite as well!!! Simply an extraordinary specimen for the locale!!! Rare material!!!
