Description/Interesting Notes:
A classic example of this silver halide from Broken Hill!!! This specimen is comprised entirely of
bromian chlorargryrite - present as a dense, complex, three-dimensional filigree of olive colored
bromian chlorargyrite!!! Upon close inspection one can see that the chlorargyrite is covered in lustrous crystal
faces and has areas of translucence!!! There are also some unidentified colorless crystals in association as well!!! This
specimen retains an old, detailed label from the collection of Arthur Eadie (the label notes that the specimen
was acquired "8/23/71 - Pruett")!!! Classic material!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
