Brookite included in Quartz Taftan, Dalbandin, Balochistan (Baluchistan), Pakistan 7.3cm x 4.03cm x 3.48cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A striking example of brookite included in quartz from Pakistan!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of sharp, gemmy quartz crystals that host a large single brookite crystal that is completely included within the larges two quartz crystals!!! The brookite crystal is partally pseudomorped to rutile and one can see parallel groups of needle-like rutile crystals eminating from its surface within the quartz crystal!!! There are also a few rutile pseudomorphs after brookite visible on the underside of the specimen as well!!! The quartz is glassy and gemmy and allows for a easy and clear viewing of the brookite & rutile included within!!! This specimen needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
