Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of cafarsite from Italy!!! This specimen hosts several crystals of cafarsite on matrix!!! The cafarsite crystals measure up to an incredible 3.5cm!!! The crystals have sharp octahedral form with marked luster!!! The crystals are darkly colored with some attractive greenish accents!!! This specimen retains an old Forrest Cureton label as well!!! Simply a fantastic example of this rare species!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
