Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of calcite with silver and silver bearing species from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of a handsome cluster of highly complex calcite crystals in association with a complex assemblage of intergrown native silver, polybasite, and acanthite crystals!!! The calcite crystals are sharp, glassy, complete, and undamaged!!! Upon close inspection, one can see numerous small groups of complexly formed polybasite and acanthite crystals scattered about as well as one complex grouping of intergrown native silver with complex polybasite and acanthite crystals as well (upon close study it appears to be a possible pseudomorph)!!!
