Cerussite Tsumeb, Namibia 3.65cm x 3.08cm x 2.35cm Ex. Howard Belsky

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of GEM cerussite from Tsumeb!!! Let me start off by saying that this specimen is WAY better than the pics show!!! This specimen is actually a very thick, highly complex crystal that has incredible gem clarity!!! The crystal has highly complex features, including some concave areas that are actually lined with minute crystalline faces with velveteen luster!!! The crystal has sharp, undamaged, glassy faces and shows incredible dispersion and play of light within!!! There is a small, sharply defined phantom of smoky colored cerussite present within the crystal as well - however, on the reverse one can see that there is a portion of this "phantom" smoky cerussite crystal that is actually exposed (a detail that needs to be seen in person to be best appreciated)!!! This specimen is in magnificent condition and could easily yeild a significantly sized cut gem if so desired!!! WAY better than ths pics show!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
