A rare, old time example of galena with cerussite and barite!!! This specimen consists of a group of sharp, octahedral galena crystals
that are nearly covered with small, complex cerussite crystals in association with white bladed barite!!! The cerussite crystals are lustrous, gemmy, and many
exhibit characteristic twinning!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
This specimen retains old labels from the Sunshine Acres School (a very "unique" fully
accredited private school - circa 1939, it was part of the nation's first Nudist colony), and the Wintringham Collection!!!
