Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of chalcocite from Cornwall!!! This specimen consists of a group of characteristically complex and elongated crystals of chalcocite!!! The crystals have sharply defined faces and, upon close examination can be seen to have a thin layer of bornite on the surface (the purplish metallic outline can be seen on the c-axis of the partial crystal)!!!
