Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of chalcocite from this historic Connecticut locale!!! This specimen consists of a thick, complex crystal of chalcocite!!! The crystal exhibits sharply defined faces with brilliant metallic luster and iridescent bluish highlights!!! Although the crystal is not complete it still displays quite handsomely in person!!! These historic specimens date well into the 19th century!!! Classic old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
