Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of chalcocite from Cornwall!!! This specimen consists of a pair of intersecting crystals of chalcocite!!! The crystals are razor sharp and exhibit classic form - however what makes them particularly striking is that they have EXCEPTIONAL metallic luster!!! I have never seen such brilliant metallic luster on a chalcocite - the pics hardly capture its mirror-like silver luster!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
