This specimen hosts a sharp, complex crystal of chalcocite prominently perched on a matrix of calcite and somewhat massive chalcocite!!! The chalcocite crystals exhibit sharply defined, highly complex forms with areas of well defined twinning visible!!! These old time specimens date to the mid 1800's and are seldom seen on todays market!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
