Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of chalcopyrite var. "blister copper" from New Jersey!!! This specimen consists of a botryoidal group of "blister copper" chalcopyrite crystals!!! The chalcopyrite has a striking two-toned metallic hue, with high-relief areas having a silvery metallic brilliance and low-relief areas having a brassy golden metallic brilliance!!! This is a fantastic example of this unusual chalcopyrite varietal better known from Cornwall, England!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
