Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent old time example of chalcopyrite on dolomite from Germany!!! This specimen consists of a dolomite crystal-lined matrix that hosts a rich coverage of razor-sharp, complex, chalcopyrite crystals!!! The chalcopyrite crystals are brilliantly lustrous and exhibit an aesthetic variety of iridescent tones!!! This specimen is reminiscent of the old Tri-State material we have here in the U.S. - it is really fascinating to see such similar material from Germany!!!
