A classic, old time example of "blister copper" chalcopyrite from Cornwall!!! This specimen consists of a dense network
of the characteristic, botryoidal chalcopyrite crystals known as "Blister Copper"!!! The botryoidal chalcopyrite crystals have a
handsome brassy metallic hue with a gorgeous range of iridescent colors visible throughout the specimen!!! This specimen is quite showy in person!!!
This specimen is from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum and retains its original Michigan College of Mines label and its original
antique glass lined museum specimen box!!! This is classic, old time material!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
