Description/Interesting Notes: A classic example of chalcopyrite "blister ore" from New Jersey!!! This specimen hosts an attractive group of botryoidal chalcopyrite crystals in association with calcite crystals!!! The chalcopyrite has a handsome, multihued metallic luster and an "antique" patina!!! The calcite crystals are translucent, modified scalenohedral crystals and provide a terrific compliment to the chalcopyrite!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
