Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely stunning example of chalcotrichite with chalcotrichite included calcite from Bisbee!!! These cuprite included calcites are quite rare and its east to see why they have always been highly sought after by collectors!!! This specimen hosts numerous sharp, complex, glassy calcite crystals that have intense, bright red color due to their chalcotrichite inclusions!!! In addition to the calcite, the matrix hosts numerous oriented "patches" of very well crystallized chalcotrichite!!! This specimen displays fantastically and its color is eye-catching from across a room!!! There are some calcite crystals on the reverse that are completely free of inclusions - which makes for a fun demonstration for sure!!!
