This specimen host an intensely colorful showing of bright red chalcotrichite in association with emerald green dioptase on matrix!!! The color combination of bright red and green is most appropriate for a locality called the Christmas Mine!!! The chalcotrichite is very rich, dense and thick!!! There are other species in association as well including some chrysocholla, calcite, and submillimeter grossular crystals!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
