Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic, old time example of chlorargyrite from this seldom referenced Mexican locality!!! This old time specimen hosts a rich showing of
chlorargyrite in association with unusually lustrous, gemmy calcite crystals!!! The chlorargyrite is present as
complex networks of dark gray subhedral crystals scattered around the specimen!!! The calcite crystals are present as
razor-sharp, complexly modified rhombs with brilliant, glassy luster and gemmy clarity!!! This specimen retains an old
label from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum and affixed catalogue number as well!!! Rare OLD material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
