Description/Interesting Notes: A rare, old time example of chlorargyrite with emmonsite from this famous historic locality!!! This specimen consists of a large, hefty mass coated with darkly colored chlorargyrite in association with the rare iron telluride emmonsite!!! The chlorargyrite has a curious velvety smoothnesss and stands in stark contrast to the matrix!!! The emmonsite has a lively green color that is quite pronouced in person!!! The matrix almost seems to be a rich concretion with appreciable amounts of chlorargyrite and emmonsite throughout!!! The pictures simply don't capture just how impressive this rare, old time specimen is in person!!! A significant old time Tombstone rarity! This specimen retains its original A.E.
