Description/Interesting Notes: An unusual example of cobaltoan calcite from Canada!!! This specimen hosts complex crystals of pink cobaltoan calcite on a quartz matrix!!! Curiously, there appears to be a small amount of crystalline copper in association!!! A very unusual specimen indeed!!! This specien is from the Canada suite of the Jenkins collection and retains an old Cobalt area rock shop label as well as its original Jenkins Collection label!!!
