Cobaltoan Dolomite with Calcite Tsumeb, Namibia 4.9cm x 3.9cm x 1.64cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous, intensely colored example of cobaltoan dolomite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a complex cluster of showy, intense magenta-pink cobaltoan dolomite crystals in association with scattered crystals of calcite!!! The cobaltoan dolomite crystals are present as intergrown, highly lustrous crystal groups with gorgeous bright magenta pink color!!! The color is way better than the pics show and just about as intense as you can see from Tsumeb!!! There is a gemmy, glassy, razor-sharp rhomb of calcite perched among the cobaltoan dolomite crystals!!! It also appears that a number of the cobaltoan dolomite crystal groups are actually casts after calcite crystals!!! There may be some cobaltoan calcite present as well!!! Specimen is in fantastic condition and displays gorgeously in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
