Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of native copper from Broken Hill!!! This specimen consists of a handsome group of complex native copper crystals that hosts a rich, red coating of microcrystalline cuprite!!! The native copper crystals show highly complex, sharply defined areas of crystallization and are way better than the pictures show!!! Upon close examination with a loupe or scope, there are a few tiny cerussite crystals tucked in recesses around the specimen as well!!! Old material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
