Description/Interesting Notes:
A fantastic, old time example of native copper with analcime from Michigan!!! This specimen consists of a large, chunky, sculptural group of
native copper crystals in association with some scattered crystals of whitish translucent analcime!!! This specimen weighs a
hefty 1.24Kg and displays fantastically in person!!! The specimen has large, chunky crystals with highly complex
features!!! There are some well formed analcime crystals present as well!!! This sculptural specimen balances perfectly
on every side - allowing it to stand straight up as an arch, as a "U" shape, an "L" shape, or a "J" shape!!! This old time
specimen came from the Paterson Museum and retains an old enamel museum catalogue number on the back!!! Very handsome in person!!! Classic
material!!!
The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
