Description/Interesting Notes: A unique, old time example of native copper from Bisbee!!! This specimen consists of a finely crystallized group of native copper crystals!!! The crystals are very well formed and ordered, with brilliantly metallic luster and a gorgeous slightly iridescent patina!!! A significant portion of the crystals have an almost golden metallic color that is quite striking in person (they look auriferous!)!!! This is old material that came from old institutional stock!!!
