Native Copper pseudomorph after Cuprite Rubtsovskoe Cu-Zn-Pb deposit, Rudnyi Altai, Altaiskii Krai, Western-Siberian Region, Russia 3.1cm x 2cm x 1.65cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of native copper pseudomorphs after cuprite from Russia!!! This specimen consists of a showy cluster of octahedral cuprite crystals that have been completely replaced by native copper crystals!!! This striking pseudomorph is very sharply defined and much more three-dimensional than the pics show!!! The octahedral forms are sharply preserved all around!!! The actual native copper crystals are quite sharp themselves and have a gorgeous patina and lively metallic luster!!! This is a very fine example of this unique occurence that will no doubt be considered a future classic!!! This specimen is in magnificent condition and displays fantastically all around!!!
